Get fast: develop speed

Are you serious? Master athletes working on getting faster? You might think that this is a tall order and the domain of the younger, but this is not true. Despite the decline in muscle mass, Master athletes can still train muscles for speed and power. Believe me, it works. I have been using these techniques for a couple of years and do notice speed improvement.

This program will radically improve the sporting frontiers of master athletes who want to take their fitness and performance to the next level. All you have to do is make sure you're ready to train for speed, warm up for speed, train your muscles to handle the extra load of speed, do weight training, and you will start noticing gains within a month or two. (It does not happen over night)
